Frequently Asked Questions

what all is included in your business management package?

Both of my monthly support packages are customizable to fit your budget and business needs. I typically provide support in managing emails, inquiries and honeybook or dubsado.

How long is the contract?

I do require a minimum of 3 months upon sign up. After the 3 months are up, it turns into monthly basis. All I ask is for you to notify me at least 30 days prior to cancelling to finish any loose ends.

how do you communicate to your clients?

As of 2024, I will be only be communicating via the Voxer app. It has truly been the only app I have found that I liked. I also incorporate Notion (task management) where you will be able to access your portal. This allows us to collab on anything we need to, keep track of tasks and availability etc. It is not required but I always give access.
